What Causes Burning Sensation In Vagina Along With Lower Back Pain?

So I just showered and had a new soap that I've never used before. My vagina was burning like it was cut somehow, but its not. It was burning pretty bad.. an hour later I went to pee, and it burned even more... i wake up pretty much every morning with lower back pain (pain is always on my left and right side above my hips, never in the middle of my back) but then it goes away.. could I have a UTI? If so, what can I do for the burning ?

Hi,
I understand your query.
Irritation/allergic reaction due to the new soap may cause burning of vaginal skin/& burning in urination for few hours
Clean the area with clean cold tap water.You can use betnovate N cream a couple of times.ink plenty of water.Can add barley water/ citralka syrup with plenty of water.
Mostly you will be relieved.If you continue to have burning in urination in spite of this you should go for urine test & advise of a physician for treatment ( antibiotics/ alkaline mixtures& others as per need).
