Hi..
Can understand your concern.
As per your query it seems that you may be suffering from Gastro-esophageal reflux disease (GERD) , due to which there is burning of throat chest and stomach along with cough and sour to bitter reflux of acid in mouth..
It causes when the acid present in stomach re-flux to the
esophagus when the muscle ring on the lower part of esophagus becomes weak and does not stop the acid from regurgitating back from stomach to esophagus and throat causing severe burning..
I would suggest you to see a gastroenterologist and get few tests like
endoscopy done to find out the exact cause of your illness..
By the time avoid spicy and large meals..
Take food in small portions..
Avoid food like coffee, alcohol, and other hot drinks.
Take
antacid liquids or tablets to ease your burning.
Taking
proton pump inhibitors like
omeprazole, pantaprazole etc one capsule morning empty stomach can be helpful..
But i would suggest you to see a doctor soon..
Hope you get well soon..
Thanks and regards..
