What Causes Burning Sensation In The Scrotum Post Varicocele Surgery?

i had both side varicocele surgery of 15 stiches a year back and it has developed again. Now i have burning sensation right from scrotum to down the leg and it becomes pinching in the heel when i stand for longer period of time. I am not in the position of going for surgery again, but this burning pain in the leg troubles me throughout the day and sometimes at night time. what should i do as i can't go for operation again......

Hi.
You had undergone for surgery of varicocele a year back, and it has developed again.
You also have burning sensation in the scrotum to leg and heel. This is indicative of some spinal problems for which you need to for for MRI of the Spine to find the cause and get treated.
If the varicocele has reappeared and is causing any symptoms and is grade II or III on color doppler studies, re-surgery may be needed, take an opinion of Urologist.
