What Causes Burning Sensation In The Scrotum And Anus?

I have crohns for 16 yrs. Have this burning sensation between my scrotum and anus. It comes and goes. I ve had major surgery on all types but only on 6mp, as of now. Had part of bladder removed dyears to fistula and was wondering as I get older is this constant burning feel normal?

I really appreciate your concern, burning sensation may not be due to the past history of crohns disease but it could be due to something else, it may be due to fissures too and it need to be ruled out with the proper treatment it will be okay and no need to worry about this hope this information helps.
