What Causes Burning Sensation In Stomach, Nausea And Discomforts?
I have had gastro recently around 12 weeks ago and ever since I have had a burning sensation in my stomach and sometimes below my navel just a general uncomfortable feeling. I also feel a little bloated and a feeling of nausea here and there. also a lot of belching. going to the toilet fine checked stool all normal can come in waves and last for a few days?

IT looks like you are having gastritis. all the symptoms are suggestive of gastritis. take some proton pump inhibitors(pantoprazole, omeprazole) for 1 wk early in the morning on empty stomach. your symptoms will subside mostly if not then consult the physician near you.
