Since it is not responding to Roles 20 and Zintac for the past one month I would advise you the following: Get an appointment of a Gastroenterologist. You need an upper GI Endoscopy and H pylori tests. Tests of blood and stool. Ultrasonography of the abdomen. All these will an appropriate diagnosis so that a proper treatment can be done. Take soft bland diet. No alcohol or tobacco in any form. Small frequent diet. Antacid every three hours, particularly when on empty stomach.
