What Causes Burning Sensation During Urination And Tenderness In The Pelvis?

I have burning during urination and tenderness in my pelvis. Its not always present feels like it clearing up and flares up again. Can onset after intercourse, or ruff ride like on a motorcycle. What could be causing this? I have tested several times and its not a UTi. I have a auto immune disease and it initially started after increasing my folic acid dosage. I am 48 yearly female.

hi madam, you said you are 48yr old.symptoms mentioned here are probably due to estrogen deficiencydue to menopause or perimenopausal age group.estrogen deficiency leads to dryness of vagina and urethral mucosa leading to burning pain.i suggest vaginal estrogen cream ESTRACE OR PREMARIN to apply daily twice for 1 week and see the result.please be careful as these topical estrogen preparations are not recommended in women having vaginal bleeding of unknown cause, breast cancer.i even recommend diet containing more of vitamin E and estrogens.take care.bye.
