Two days ago,i started experiencing an itch inside my penis during and after urination,with a little burning sensation. A day after i developed a small blister on top of the opening of my penis which hurts mildly. I masturbate and had a sexual intercourse two weeks ago in which the condom burst in process. It sounds like a urinary tract infection. You need to give your urine for testing and culture sensitivity. Also consult a urologist or a surgeon if the blister grows in size or causes difficulty or pain during passing urine.

If you do indeed have an infection you'll need to take antibiotics for that.
Urinary tract infection in males must always be treated seriously and at the earliest.
Do not ignore. Next time use a better condom.
