General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hello
I share your concern
Looking at your description there could be a possibility of urine infection
I would advise you for urine culture and sensitivity test and accordingly a course of antibiotics is recommended under supervision of doctor, based on culture report

Meanwhile have plenty do fluids 3 to 4 liters a day
You can take urine alkalizing agents to reduce its acidity and subsequently burning.

Hope this answers your question
Please feel free to ask for follow up questions I will gladly answer you
Best wishes
