General & Family Physician 's  Response
hi. well as u have got a past history of accident and operation. it might b some neuropathy secondary to operation and trauma still making u discomfort better u may consult a neurosurgeon/neurologist for it to examine you thoroughly to look for neuritis, neuralgia, sciatica, , slippd disc, mononeuritis, rediculopathy any systemic disease like Multiple sclerosis, nutritional supplements. he may examine you and may prescribe for some medicines like gabapentin, nutritional suplemts specifically vitamin-b complex and may counsel you ahead. he may also prescribe some tests to find the cause that i mentioned above. hope so u got my point
