Hello
I had gone through your question and I can understand your concern

Looking at your history this could be any of following
gastritis or stomach ulcer due to stomach hyperacidity
Indigestion
aerophagia
liver disease or gall bladder stone

in my opinion you should consult a gastroenterologist for examination and a battery of tests like blood for hemoglobin CBC Liver function test or an upper GI endoscopy

PPI group of drugs like omeprazole with antacids will definitely help you; about which your doctor knows

Avoid fatty fried spicy and junk food or carbonated drinks
have good amount of fresh fruits and plenty of fluids
hope this helps you
wishing you good health
