What Causes Burning And Tingling Sensation In The Lower Abdomen And Vagina?

I m 26 years old female. I just started having sex with my boyfriend around two months ago and he s the only person I ever had sex with. I am having a burning tingling sensation on my lower abdomen and vagina. I ve noticed I pee very frequently even if I don t pee much. I have also noticed a fishy smell from my vagina and at times it feels a little bit itchy.
