What Causes Burining Urination After Unprotected Intercourse?

Hey Im a 24 year old male Had umprotected sex and now it burns when i urinate and stuff is leaking out of my penis I know i have and std My question is when I go the clinic to get tested how long will it take for the results to come and when will i receive the antibiotics

You have problem of burning sensation in urine that may be because of urinary tract infection.

Do a urine test and microscopic examination for diagnosis.After urine culture test start antibiotics course under doctor's suggestion .complete a course of antibiotics. Consent a physician for further diagnosis.

Drink a more water per day..
Avoid spicy foods and alcohol drinking.
Maintain proper hygiene.
Avoid tea ,caffeine etc...
Don't hold a urine.
Avoid tight dresses. Wear a loose cotton cloth.
Craneberry juice helpful for urinary tract infection.
