What Causes Bumps On Vaginal Lip?

I have bump on my virgina lip at the very top. I m not sure what caused it. It s been there for about a week. It busted today and greenish pus came out of it. I m am sexually active but my partner just recently got tested and they don t have any std s .i thought maybe it was caused by the soap that I was using but I m not for sure. I need help

Hello,
Thanks for the query.
You might have developed Folliculitis.
Folliculitis is a bacterial infections.
greenish pus is mainly seen in pseudomonas infection.
Treatment is with antibiotics but the choice of antibiotics should be based on culture and sensitivity tests.
Please meet a dermatologist and request to do culture and sensitivity test on pus obtained from the lesion for exact diagnosis.
Once the exact bacteria is known, specific treatment can be given.
Improper use of antibiotic can lead to resistance.
