What Causes Bump On The Inside Of Vagina?

I was just told my three year old has a bacterial infection (She has pooped on herself multiple time so I guess it's from that) & they gave her medicine. But she's been getting a rash and today when I was putting desetin on her private area, I noticed she has a bump on the inside of her vaginal. It's not visible at all. If I push on it it bothers her but otherthan that she has never complained about it. What could this be?

Thanks for the query.
From your description it looks like Vaginal cyst.
Cysts are just one type of growth many people get. These sac-like lumps are filled with fluid, air, or other materials. They're not usually harmful or painful.
It may also be some yeast infection.
See a gynacologist.
Hope i help you.
