What Causes Bump Below The Waist?

I have a bump a little below my waist line that appeared to me to be a big under the skin pimple. I spotted a little white head and squezzed it, but some brown liquid came out along with some blood after. The bump has went down a little bit but is still there. Any ideas?

General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hello, I appreciate your concern.
You have not mentioned whether this bump was painful or not. Considering this lump as painless, it seems to be a lipoma or fatcells swelling. If the bump is painful, increasing in size, bloody discharge or pus discharge is coming through it, then you should visit surgeon to remove it intact. Otherwise need not to worry.
My advice is visit your Surgeon, he will examine what type of lump is this and accordingly plan a treatment for this.
