What Causes Bruising With Lumps On The Inner Thighs?
I am a 46 year old female. I felt a discomfort on my inner upper thigh and discovered a very large bruise and seems to have a lump underneath it. I do take coumadin but usually it takes a bump or something to cause a bruise. I have not hit this area so I am concerned it could be a clot. I have a heart valve so of course anything concerning a clot is a big issue...should I go to ER or wait to see my doctor tomorrow?

since you are taking coumarin, I suggest you get your INR done. because excessive anticoagulation could be the cause.
but do not change the dose on your own. get your INR done and see your doctor. let him decide.
