What Causes Bruising From Leg Cramps?
hello, I am a female of 57 years living in the uk and suffered a severe leg cramp (in my calf) the other night which has left some bruising - should I be worried?. I have a tendency to leg cramps of late but do take some daily walks. Thank you for you advice

Hi. Your leg cramps and bruises could be related. They might of the manifestations of calcium deficiency. You should get yourself tested for it. If its low, calcium supplementation would be helpful. Thanks
