What Causes Bruises And Pain In The Back?
I had a fall down some stairs while on holiday last year. My lower back just above the bottom was very bruised and very painful. I did see a doctor while away and I had pain relief given and even though the black bruise was still there the pain got better. I ve now noticed two hard lumps in the area where I fell and I need some advice please

it appears to be idiopathic purpura due to low platelet count. can consult doctor and go for investigation like platelet count.
