What Causes Bruised Lump Along With Pain In Shin Post Hip Replacement Surgery?

I have been having trouble after my total hip replacement clear back on August 31 2015. I noticedtoday that my right shine really hurts, When I touched it there is a bump and feels really, really bruise. I have not hit it on anything . It feels tight also...

I really appreciate your concern, pain condition may not be due to the history surgery but it could be muscular spasm it can be tried with Tab Chlorzoxazone, try to keep the leg in elevated position hope this information helps.
