What Causes Bruise On Thigh, Shoulder, Leg And Back Pain After Falling?

Hello I slipped on the MTA Concrete stairs on Thursday Christmas day. Since than I have a huge bruise on my left thigh. I have developed back pain that gets worse as I sit. Also I have had spotting every day since. My body aches in my shoulder, back and legs.

Greetings! Answer: any fall on the concrete will cause bruising! and back pain can be due to the fact that the fall made your back muscle to stretch! simple analgesics for few days with hygienic care to your bruise will help you! if the back ache worsen i would suggest you to go with XRAY spine to rule out any disc slip or fracture! spotting as nothing to do with the fall and should be considered a different entity!
