What Causes Bruise On Penile Shaft After Intercourse?

hello, recently i notice bruises in my penis immediately after sex with my wife. we have been marry for 3 years now. but recently we have alot of rough sex. at first, it doesnt give me any sign at all. but a month ago, i found that each time we had sex whether i went rough or not i still observe bruises at the middle of the penis and at that shaft connecting the penis head and the rest of it. thereafter the dead skin peels of as it try to heals after few days of not engaging in sexual activities. I also found that my partner complains of pains during sex at the same time this is happening. what exactly is happening to us?

Meanwhile you plan to see a andrologyst, please take a period off sexual intercourse. If you have been using stimulants, please avoid them as well.
Probably there is nothing to worry, anyway it is better if you plan a visit to the specialist if the problem persists more than 3 days.
