What Causes Bruise On Buttocks?

I have been bruising easily lately and yesterday noticed I had circle bruises all over my butt from sitting a bench that had circles on it. This can not be normal. I drink a gallon of lemon/cucumber water a day, have 1-2 green smoothies a day packed with vitamins and nutrients, and est a healthy dinner. What could be causing the bruising?

Dermatologist 's  Response
Hi.
As per your case history you are having fungal infection called as tinea corporis.
My treatment advice is -
1. Maintain good hygiene and bath twice daily.
2. Apply an antifungal cream like clotrimazole cream twice daily on it.
3. Take an antihistamine medication like levocetrizine twice daily for 7-10 days.
4. Other treatment options are oral fluconazole, itraconazole and terbinafine taken only after consulting a dermatologist.

Thanks.
Dr. Harshit bhachech.
MBBS, DDVL.
