What Causes Bruise In The Abdomen?

while female 73 years of age had prep for colon test on Tuesday it was dulcolax and Miralax mixed with Gatorade..... I passed out ....went to bathroom all night nothing but clear liquid.... had colon test on 24th of Sept only gave my 3/4 bag of fluid.... now I have bruise places on my abdomen also I am very chilled, at times feel like I am going to pass out again.... is this normal

Thanks for your query.
Noted your history of being female of 73 years of age and were asked to prepare for colon test with Dulcolax and Miralax mixed with Gastorade. You passed out with this preparation. Only clear fluid is coming out. They gave you only 3/4 bag of fluid on day of the tests and you again are feeling like passing out and have bruises on the abdomen and are feeling chill - wants to know whether this is normal...
No, this is not at all normal and indicates some sort of reaction to the medicines you have taken or there can be an altogether different problem like that of the bleeding profile and so on.
I would advise you the following:
Consult you Doctor immediately or if you are at home rush to ER that is Emergency Room.
They will have proper clinical evaluation, examination and further tests related to the problem and see for the cause and treat you accordingly. It is possible that you may on any blood thinner medicines.
