What Causes Bruise Below Inner Elbow?

I have a bruise just below my inner elbow that has been there for 2 days now. No injury. It feels like there s a small ball in the center of the bruise which is getting darker. My hand has lost a very small amount of strength and feels like it s just on the cusp of the pins and needles feeling, like it is about to fall asleep. Not sure if this warrants an ER trip or not.

HI
Well come to HCM
I really appreciate your concern such condition could be due to single joint arthritic changes (Collagen disease ) in fact this need to be investigated for proper diagnosis some time this could be single joint infection, one more think you can do and that is wait for some time and treat the condition with "Tab Ibuprofen 400 mg three times in day" some time this could be just nonspecific and this may come around with this, take care.
I find this answer helpful
