Hello ma'am and welcome.

Having indulged in unprotected sexual intercourse at the 'tail end' of your period, it would still raise doubt for possible pregnancy and so I would recommend a home pregnancy test to be conducted at least 2 weeks from the date of sexual contact using an early morning urine sample or on or after the second day of a missed period (if at all you experience a delay).

If pregnancy has been ruled out, then other causes like infections, etc; should be considered. Please visit your doctor for further elaborate evaluation.

Best wishes.
