I had ultrasound year ago...it showed multiple small folliciles in overies 8-10 no.last to last month I had brown dischrg...my periods didn t come but had brown discharge for month ...then I had my periods but after ending periods ...I start hvng again brown discharge

It is mostly suggestive of vaginal fungal infection for which you can take some antibiotic preferably cefadroxyl or doxycycline after an expert opinion along with cetrizine or avil for itching. You can take Fole 150 mg or use clingen-forte vaginal pessary to put into the vagina once daily for at-least 5 days. Maintain the hygiene of private part.
