What Causes Brownish Clot Vaginal Discharge Post Intercourse?
Hi there, i am having a similar problem here. I had sex about 14 days ago. It was unprotected sex, although I am 1000% sure he didnt cum inside me. But 3 days ago was my period date and i started seeing brown discharge with really small clots and stuff. I thought it would be old blood but its been three days and i am seeing the same dark brown-almost blood color discharge. Also i am having period like cramps. Do you think i might be pregnant ? Please help, any sort of comment will be appreciated.Thank you
Hi, I have gone through your question and understand your concerns. Unprotected intercourse can lead to pregnancy. Brownish spotting with cramps at the expected time of the periods can be a sign of pregnancy or can be altered periods only. I would suggest you to get a urine pregnancy test done to confirm the diagnosis and get further management accordingly. Hope you found the answer helpful. Wishing you good health. Dr Deepti Verma
