What Causes Brown Vaginal Spotting While On Birth Control Pills?

My period ended two days ago, yesterday I forgot to take my pill until the afternoon when I typically take it in the morning. Now I have light brown spotting. I ve had this happen this before and it doesn t go away until after my period, but I m going to Mexico in 5 days and I need this spotting to be gone. Should I stop taking the pills so I ll bleed again? Or is there another solution? I don t care what has to be done, I m not dealing with this on vacation.

Hello dear Greetings
Regarding your experience with vaginal spotting following usage of birth control pills I am suggesting that you have developed an intermenstural bleeding which is one of the side effects of intake of this drug

In view of this please see your physician for further clinical assessment and possible re-evaluation of your drug prescription

I hope this helps Regards
