What Causes Brown Vaginal Discharge While Suffering From Endometriosis?

I have endometriosis and I was on depo provera for 2 years. I currently have been of the shot for 3 months. Trying to conceive. 04/02/2017 starting getting cramps and one small rusty red spot on my panty liner. The next day still cramps and small brown spots. Third day cramps and brown spots. Now today being 4th day I have light brown mucous discharge when I wipe. What is going on?

Hi, I think you should go for evaluation by a gynecologist. Get a pelvic examination done. It can be due to some vaginal infection. You may need some antibiotics and antifungal drugs. A vaginal pessary of antibiotics and antifungal drugs may be needed.
