What Causes Brown Vaginal Discharge While On Placebo Pills Of Trinessa?
I started taking trinessa birth control two months ago. I took my first pill on the first day of my period. I had an extra long period. at the end of my pack, I skipped the placebo pills and took the active pills to skip my period. I ve been having light pink or light brown discharge every now and then. I decided not to skip my period this time around and am on my first day of the placebo with very dark brown discharge. is this normal? I don t think I could be pregnant since my partner has never finished inside of me. ?? is this a usual thing!

It can be due to vaginal fungal infection for which you can take some antibiotic preferably cefadroxyl or moxikind-cv after an expert opinion along with avil or cetrizine for itching. You can take Fole 150 mg or use clingen-forte vaginal pessary to put into the vagina once daily for at-least 5 days. Maintain the hygiene of private part by regular washing or use v-wash vaginal.
