Hi I just had a period last month and yesterday morning I woke up and went to use the bathroom and wiped myself and I had a brownish discharge with slight cramping and not to long ago I just starting having lower back pain and pressure in my private area what could it be the pressure comes and goes just as well as the cramping

Looking at your history this could be genitourinary infection or PID and an ectopic pregnancy
in my opinion you should consult your gynaecologist for examination and investigations like blood for hemoglobin CBC and urine test like urine culture and sensitivity test or an ultrasound
you may need a course of antibiotics under supervision of your doctor
Have plenty of fluids
maintain good hygiene
