What Causes Brown Vaginal Discharge And Lower Back Pain?

Hi there i have noticed today a beown discharge when i wipe... my period isnt due yet and im not pregnant... i have noticed a sharp pain last week and it felt like i couldnt move for a few seconds.. i also have a bad lower back pain for quite a while now. What could it be and what can i do??

Hi.

Possibly a hormonal imbalance causing the presentation, but I would recommend ruling out other causes like side effect of medications, weight fluctuations, stress, intercourse injuries, medical conditions (e.g. polycystic ovaries), birth control pills, etc. Please do take time out and visit a doctor.
