Hello and welcome to ‘Ask A Doctor’ service. I have reviewed your query and here is my advice.
As per your query about brownish discharge and headache after taking i-pill is due to the side effect of the pills and you need not to worry of being pregnant as you took the medicines on time. It can be possible that you bleed twice a month normally but if it is very heavy bleeding or more pain you should consult a gynecologist.
Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.
Regards, Dr. Jyoti Pandey
