What Causes Brown Spots On The Back?

Hi, about two months ago, I realized these light brown spots on my back right in a line on my spinal cord. I am a cheer leader and do a lot of sit-ups an things like that. I m also very skinny but the thing about these bruises is there are three of them I a perfect line, and they don t hurt?! I m not even sure if they are bruises and. I don t know f I should go to the doctor about this or not.

Dermatologist 's  Response
Hello,
Thank you for posting on HCM
The condition you have described seems to be pityriasis versicolor, a superficial skin infection caused by a fungus.
I would recommend you 2 single dose of oral fluconazole 400mg with a gap of 15 days.
Apply ketoconazole cream twice a day.
Use shampoo containing ketoconazole and selenium sulfite for rinsing daily.
Maintain hygiene.
Hope you will get fine soon
Thank you
