Hi,I am Dr. Santosh Kondekar (Pediatrician). I will be looking into your question and guiding you through the process. Please write your question below.
I have an 8 week old who is very healthy... she weighs 13 pounds and is 24 inches long. She is breastfed. She had a two month check up yesterday and Dr. said she looked great. She has a touch of a cold (thanks to her brothers) and I am using saline drops at almost every feeding to help clear things up. She had only one poopy diaper yesterday and when I changed her diaper today she had a LARGE amount of watery poop (not out of the ordinary and Dr. was ok with it) with spots of mucus brown spots. This if the first time I have ever noticed any color other than yellow or green in her poop, should I be concerned?
