Hi, Your symptoms suggest possibility of endometrial hyperplasia, endometritis, endometriosis, fibroids in the uterine wall and hormone disturbances. A systematic approach would be needed to arrive at the diagnosis and plan further management. You would need a proper clinical evaluation, a trans-vaginal sonogram, pap smear, endometrial biopsy, hormone assays, blood counts and urinalysis. While infections can be dealt with appropriate medical treatment, hormone supplements and sometimes surgical correction may be needed to treat the others. Hope this helps.
