What Causes Brown Discharge During Urination?

I just peed out my penis and there was a brown dischrage, kinda looked like poop. I also have a little cramping to the left of my penis in my groin area. It does not burn when I pee though. I have had three urinary tract infections over the last few years, all stemming from constipation. What should I do?
