Ophthalmologist 's  Response
Hi welcome to HCM. I do understand your concerns. There are multiple causes for a broken blood vessel, based on the location.

1.The most frequent diagnosis with an assumption that it is in front white part of your eye is Hypertension. The redness usually comes down in a week/two.But is an indication that you must be monitored for high blood pressure and prescribed medications for the same by your physician if needed.

2.Regarding your dry mouth and the other symptoms you are experiencing in your body,I would recommend you to have a detailed evaluation by your physician.

3.Also,monitor your vision for any changes and have a dilated eye examination with your local ophthalmologist to check on status of blood vessels inside your eyes.

4.Apart from all the above,a recent strenuous activity could have triggered your migraine headache.

I would suggest you to continue your prescribed medications for migraine, keep yourself well hydrated, avoid strenuous work.Consult your physician at the earliest if symptoms worsen.Take care.
