Went to the bathroom and when I wiped I seen blood ( not on period it doesn t start for another week or so) I put on a pad and still there s no blood on the pad but when I wiped again there s was a little bit of blood. The blood isn t bright red or anything. It s pinkish-brownish. What s going on?
is the blood coming from your vagina or per rectum? do you have difficulty in bowel movement or is experiencing any other signs or symptoms. it is best if you consult with a doctor, a gynecologist if the bleeding is observed to be coming from your vagina, but a general surgeon if the bleeding is coming per rectum. thorough physical examination and clinical evaluation must be done. gynecologic problems are considered per abnormal vaginal bleeding. other things to be ruled-out if the bleeding is coming per rectum are - hemorrhoids, fistula-in-ano, anal fissures or polyps. diagnostics and management (medical and/or surgical if indications are found) will be directed accordingly. if there's difficulty in bowel movement, high fiber diet is also advised.
hope this helps.
good day!!
