Hi, Good Evening.....I Had bright red blood in my stool today few hours after eating a spicy food.... My age is 30, weight 158cm... I recently took a TVS scan and the result is normal.... wat may be the problem... underwent Cesarean two years before.... wat may be the problem with me?
Hi. Thanks for your query. Noted the history of bright red blood in stool few hours after eating spicy food, you are 30 and 158 cm, recent TVS scan was normal, underwent caeserian before 2 years. The bright red blood is usually due to rupture of one of the hemorrhoids or may be a polyp, rarely some disorders such as angiosysplasia and so on. If related to spicy food and came along with loose stool, infection can be the possibility. I would advise you the following in such a situation: Get a per-rectal and proctoscopy examinations done to get the correct diagnosis so that an appropriate management can be done.
