What Causes Breathlessness With Fever?
25 yr old male. 5 ft 7" 242 lbs. Im a college football player. two days ago I gor over a fever that had been going on for 10 days. Now, normal activities make me short of breath and although the fever appears to be gone, now my wrist and ankles are in pain, so are my hands. I would really appreciate your help.

Fever with breathlessness is usually seen in pneumonia, pleural effusion, pleurisy, pulmonary embolism etc. In my opinion you should get done Chest X Ray first with some blood reports like CBC, RFT, LFT etc and consult your doctor for systemic examination.
