What Causes Breathlessness, Heart Palpitations And Left-sided Chest Pain Radiating To Shoulder?
Hello I have been suffering for over a year of chest pain on my left side above my breast with shoulder pain and inner arm pain and back pain . I have done EKG and eco on my heart and everything seems normal but I get rapid heartbeat and short breath so just hoping what it can be
the symptoms you have described are typical of anginal pain that is secondary to ischaemia , but already you have ruled out ischaemia through ECG and ECHO . there are some other conditions leading to this type of symptoms like anemia , anxiety and hyperthyroidism . sometimes muscular and bony pains leads to chest pain and breathlessness on deep inspiration but palpitations unlikely. so I can suggest you to get done HB levels and TSH , Chest X ray , after that we ll decide about further plan of action.
