What Causes Breathlessness, Chest Pain And Sore Throat?

Hi, I m Jaden. The last few days I have been suffering from shortness of breath, chest pain, sore throat and bubbly feeling in chest, I am really worried and can t go see my real doctor for two days. Any idea of what it may be? Just a flu/sickness or something serve. Iam really worried.

Thanks for the query. I have read your query & understand your concern.
Your symptoms Sore throat, shortness of breath, chest pain along with bubbly ( ratteling ) feeling in chest suggests upper respiratory tract infection along with involvement of lower respiratory tract. As you do not mention rise in temperature, it seems to be sore throat with bronchitis like symptoms. Investigations like blood counts,X ray chest as per need would be advised by your doctor after checking you up. Till then you can.start with..
- Over the counter medicines like..Antibiotic Azithromycin 400 mg once a day along with cetrizine once a day , anti inflammatory medicines like Combiflam & cough syrup with salbutamol .... Grillinctus BM ( taken with hot water ) twice a day.. after food.
- Take warm water to drink/
- Hot saline gargles help in relieving sore throat.
- Avoid exposure to cold, sour & cold food.
Start the medicines , you will get relieved within 3-5 days. In case no relief, you need investigations, so visit your doctor.
