What Causes Breathlessness And Chest Pain On Exertion With History Of Heart Attack?

I get shortness of breath and chest pain on exertion which is getting worse I have had a heart attack a year ago. They keep telling me all my test are negative halter monitor, ekg and blood work but i can only due walking for a short time before i get extremely SOB and begin to have chest pressure that if i continue to exert myself turns to pain

my dear it seems the working capacity of your heart is diminishing heart is unable to cope up with increasing demand of blood supply that is why u are becoming short of breath and feeling chest pain on mild exertion .in such situation i always advise to go for echo doppler , salt restriction and minimise the activity along with platelet inhibitor ecosprin till the underlying cause is assesed .
