Hi

I have gone through your query, i will try to give you suggestion which will be helpful to you.
Breathing difficulty is not related to decreased wbc count. But if there is any lung infection secondary to decreased wbc count, then there could be possibly breathing problems. Check your hemoglobin levels, as low hemoglobin levels could cause difficulty in breathing. The cause for decreased wbc count could be many like long term antibiotics, bone marrow failure, or infection You need to be evaluated thoroughly to rule out the cause of leucopenia.
This provisional advice provided by me is based entirely on the input provided to me. I would suggest examination by the doctor.

I hope this suggestion might be of some help to you. I will be glad to help you in case if you have any further queries.

Wish you speedy recovery. Take care.
