What Causes Breathing Difficulty, Weakness, Tiredness, Abdominal Swelling And Swollen Feet?
I have a client who is female, 73 yrs old. she has SOB weakness tiredness abdominal swelling, swollen feet/ankles, breathes with her tongue out of her mouth and feels very uncomfortable after eating. wanting to sleep a lot. last night she was holding her right arm up in the air, saying it was more comfortable that way.

Well there can be many reasons for symptoms you mention in query like congestive heart failure , aortic regurgitation , pulmonary hypertension , kidney disease , venous insufficiency or food intolerance . I would suggest you to consult cardiologist fo proper examination without any delay . Doctor may order test like ECG , TMT , complete blood profile along with checking vitals and treat accordingly .
