What Causes Breathing Difficulty After Quitting Smoking?

Well I recently stoped smoking cigarretes about seven months ago I had nothing wrong with me.then about two weeks ago I stoped smoking weed a week after that I started having problems breathing and my heart feels like it is in my throat pounding not to hard or fast but normal pound my chest is sore when I breath in.

-Smoking can cause irreversible damage to lungs. It is good that you have stopped smoking so that further damage will not happen.
-Weed smoking can precipitate anxiety disorder which can last for several months. Anxiety can cause restlessness, choking feeling in respiration, pain due to muscle spasm and palpitation. For that you may seek psychiatrist help.

Same time get evaluated for cardiac illness and respiratory problems.
