What Causes Breathing Difficulties With Throat Dysphagia In A Pregnancy?

Hai doctor.... Im 3 months pregnant and inspite of this last night i had some problem in breathing as i could feel some sort of hold in the throat and even found difficult in swalloing the saliva, so i did not have any sleep . In the morning i could feel some pain in throat with the same difficulty of night. so what could i do for this

Thanks for consulting at my virtual clinic. I have carefully gone through your case, and I think I have understood your concern. I will try to address your medical concerns and would suggest you the best of the available treatment options.
If patient has severe acidity problem there is spasm of food pipe-oesophagus, which sometimes causes such swallowing problem.
You can use antacid gel 10 ml, 2/3 times in a day. And Cap. PAN D once a day at 8 pm .
Another rare but known cause is low levels of vitamin B 12 , so you can start taking B 12 supplement tablet also.
