Hi there, After going through your question, I am of the opinion that: 1) Yes, it is possible to get pregnant when you have unprotected sexual intercourse. However, if you had got negative urine test results, then chances are very low of you being pregnant. 2) The symptoms that you have like heart burn and fluttering could be just because of mirena or due to hormaonal imbalance. 3) Milk leaking would be there because you are feeding the baby or just due to motherhood and maternal instincts. 4) I think you need not worry. In case you are really worried, you can get a urine pregnancy test done again or a blood test called serum beta HCG. 5) You can also get a pelvic ultrasound done if you still worried.
I hope this was helpful. Regards, Dr. Shikha Shah
